Back on the wagon

It's been some time since I have posted anything.  I could list a whole lot of excuses but the fact is,  I simply fell off the wagon.  But, I guess there's no time like the present to get back on.  This blog is basically for me to be accountable to myself but if you find yourself here and want to follow along or offer encouragement, I certainly welcome it.

Today, I started the Couch-2-5k program.  According to my tracker, these are my stats for the day:

1.3 miles
30 minutes
300 calories

For breakfast, on scrambled egg.  :)
